Doctor Staci Whitman

Doctor Staci Whitman grew up in Maine, eventually moving to Boston where she attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She then went on to additional education in a General Practice Residency at the University of Massachusetts Hospital in Worcester, MA. It was during this residency that she grew to love to work with children and wanted to seek an opportunity to better children’s oral health and attitudes toward their smiles. After visiting friends in Portland, Doctor Staci fell in love with the Pacific Northwest and made the move out west looking for a change of pace and a better lifestyle. She worked as a general dentist for two years before being accepted into Oregon Health and Sciences University (OHSU). There, she completed an additional two years of pediatric dental training, earning a certificate in pediatric dentistry from OHSU.
After experiencing the loss of her mother, Doctor Staci committed to taking a more whole-body, functional (root causes), and holistic approach to life. She is committed to finding only the most up-to-date treatments and most non-toxic options for children and their families, all while offering education, support, and love to her patients’ families.
Doctor Staci has additional training and certifications above and beyond dentistry, including: Institute of Functional Medicine Certified Provider (IFMCP), Board Certified in Naturopathic Medical Dentistry and Integrative Biological Dental Medicine (NMD), an Internationally Certified Health and Wellness Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (CIHC), and is currently enrolled in a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition program. She is also involved in many organized dentistry groups, including the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health, the Holistic Dental Association, the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology, the International Academy of Biological Dentistry and Medicine, the American Academy of Physiological Medicine and Dentistry, and the American Association of Ozonotherapy. Doctor Staci also has Certification in Laser Proficiency and has taken numerous courses and training programs in children’s sleep and airway medicine, studying orofacial myofunctional therapy and craniosacral therapy. She is a Breathe Institute Ambassador and Affiliate. She is also beginning her Master’s in Human Nutrition And Functional Medicine.
When Doctor Staci is not making smiles more beautiful and healthy, she enjoys the amazing outdoor offerings of the Pacific Northwest. She loves to snowboard, go for log walks, trail run, practice yoga and dance, cook nutritious meals with her family, and bike around Portland and beyond with her husband, Josiah, and her two daughters, Sloan and Selma, and their cutie pup, Beets, and their savage cat, T-Rex. She aspires to open a wellness center with other colleagues in the future to teach and support parents, children, and families on their health journeys.

Doctor Lisa Kispert, DDS
Diplomate, American Board of Pediatric Dentistry
Doctor Lisa Kispert (“Doctor Lisa”) was raised in the greater Seattle area and graduated dental school from the University of Washington. After dental school, she completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) at the University of Washington, which provided extensive training in anesthesia, oral surgery, hospital dentistry and pediatric dentistry. After the GPR, she moved to Portland and completed her fellowship and residency training in Pediatric Dentistry at OHSU.
Dr. Lisa was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at OHSU and Doernbecher Children’s Hospital Pediatric Dental Surgery Clinic from 2011-2024. Doernbecher’s Pediatric Dental Surgery Clinic specializes in providing dental care for children and adolescents with special healthcare needs. During this time, she had the privilege to teach and mentor future pediatric dentists and dental students while serving as faculty.

Dr. Kasey Hall
Dr. Kasey Hall is originally from the Pacific Northwest and is moving back after spending 7 years away. He attended Portland State University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in General Science. Dr. Hall then attended Oregon Health Science University School of Dentistry where he developed a strong desire to pursue a career working with children.
Following dental school, Dr. Hall accepted associate dentist positions in El Paso, Texas and Santa Fe, NM at pediatric offices. During his time in the southwest Dr. Hall trained in a wide range of pediatric dentistry, including soft tissue surgery and behavior management.
After 5 years in the southwest, Dr. Hall and his family left on another adventure. This time taking them to the Northeast where he attended an intensive two-year hospital residency in pediatric dentistry at St. Joseph Hospital for Specialty Care in Providence, Rhode Island. During residency, he became competent in all facets of pediatric dentistry, including surgery, sedation, treatment of trauma, and orthodontics.
Dr. Hall is awaiting board eligibility with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He is also a member of the American Dental Association and Rhode Island Dental Association.
Dr. Hall finds the relationships he develops with his patients and their families to be the best part of his work. He enjoys joking and telling children stories while he provides treatment to them. He wants his patients to enjoy their visits and develop a healthy relationship with dentistry.
As a parent of four kids, he understands the unpredictability of life with children. He tries to make himself available for his patients whenever problems arise. He believes strongly in a preventative approach to dentistry combined with the most up-to-date science and technology.
Dr. Hall grew up just outside of Portland, Oregon and is married to Jenees Hall. Together they have one son, Milo and three daughters, Hazel, Thea and Halle. Their family enjoys board games, movie nights and spending as much time as possible outside.
